From initial identification of a potential site right through to conclusion of the development project and realisation of value, AHC has all the skills and experience required to provide clients with the detailed specialist advice and guidance necessary to achieve their goals. 

Site assembly – Most development projects begin as no more than an area marked on a plan. AHC acts initially to assemble the development site by identifying and creating the necessary land interests for the proposed development to proceed (whether by outright acquisition, option, conditional contract, partnership or joint venture) and securing any necessary easements and rights. 

Planning – In conjunction with site assembly, AHC advises on all aspects of the planning process to secure planning permission for the proposed development, including appeals and negotiations with the local planning authority (Section 106 Agreements and other planning obligations; Community Infrastructure Levy etc.). 

Funding –  AHC creates watertight documentation for the funding of all types of development project. 

Building – The firm advises on construction documents and professional team appointments, and deals with any disputes which arise during the build process.
